In a small community where we as coaches can not only arrange your workout programming but also a stream of corrections to techniques to ensure your

safely and effectively training.  Still lack confidence in giving something new a try? Then bring a friend and we’ll put you in pairs so you can push each other!

TIMETABLE

Monday   10:30am – 11:30am, 7:00pm – 8.00pm

Tuesday   6:15am – 7:15am

Thursday  8:00pm – 9:00pm

Friday   10:30am – 11:30am

Saturday  9:30am – 10:30am, 11:00am – 12:00pm

Sunday  10:00am – 11:00am

£6 per session and if you enjoy it then there are available membership options too which will save you money each month.
